We are very pleased to be selected to present our interactive lighting control system called LightAct on this year's Innovation Forum of Slovenia 2011 (Forum Inovacij 2011). LightAct is a control system that allows you to create interactive lighting installation in a cost effective and easy-to-use way. The jury of the forum said that it is one of the most innovative products this year in Slovenia.
In June 2011 the first part of Congress Square and Zvezda Park was opened. The lighting of the streets and the park is finished and the lighting of the plateau is scheduled to be completed in September.
We were commisioned by architectural office Delavnica to develop a lighting design proposal for a square in Grosuplje/Slovenia. It includes a playground, space for market stalls and a multifunctional space for dining and various events. Our proposal includes interactive bench lighting and coloured shadows in the playground.
We were approached by Sadar+Vuga architects to design an innovative lighting scheme that would enhance the night-time image of the Centre of Performing Arts in Maribor/Slovenia. As it happened quite often recently, we came up with something interactive. We did lighting concept for the whole building, however the video below shows only the interactive lighting component.
We started developing Interactive Showcase v1.0. Interactive Showcase is an interactive poster/shopwindow/jumboscreen/playground of light/attention grabber...that can be used to present any kind of information in a dynamic and immersive form.
On 14.12.2010 we published the first edition of Smartlight - a magazine on sustainable lighting in architecture. Check the magazine section for more.
We just started working on a private appartment in Ljubljana/Slovenia with Sadar+Vuga.
We were invited to present our views about the Law on Light Pollution in Slovenia.
We started working on Don Bosco Religious Centre in Maribor/Slovenia.
